We are happy to refund or replace your item if the item you have received is faulty or is not as stated.
Ashanti Frequency Healing product range has a 30 day warranty from the date of receipt.
Returns are classified as "unwanted goods", "warranty returns" or "goods damaged in transit". All online purchases made on AshantiFrequencyHealing.com agree to this policy.
A warranty replacement service is in place for any defected issues that may occur within 30 days of the purchase on all products. This includes issues relating to the aesthetics of the product but excludes any return requests based on the purpose for which they are intended.
Returns on defected items once in use and not relating to delivery damage is at the full discretion of Ashanti Frequency Healing.
Ashanti Frequency Healing are unable to control how products are maintained and as such returns on items due to general ‘wear and tear’ are not accepted, this includes failure of the fastening material or damage to the product itself.
Please take note of the “Care of item” instructions and be aware that as with any product used outside general care and maintenance is required on the product to retain warranty replacements.
Products damaged after use are not covered under warranty.
No representation or warranty is made as to the fitness of goods for the purpose for which they were intended, or for any particular purpose. Ashanti Frequency Healing are not able to guarantee results and do not offer refunds or returns if customers have not found the results they were hoping for.
Items returned without reauthorization will be rejected.
The freight to deliver the goods originally will not be part of the amount credited.
Return process for unwanted goods (unused goods)
If you are not 10% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in the condition it was received and get a full refund or exchange of the product for another one, be it similar or not.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellations and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 allows online buyers to request refunds the moment they place the order and ends 14 days after the day the goods are received. Items must have been returned and in the condition that they were received, brand new.
Once Ashanti Frequency Healing take receipt of the returned item(s), as long as the returns process is followed, (as detailed at the bottom of this page) payment refunds will be made within 72 hours (Monday – Friday), and refunded at the payment gateway used at the time of the order.
Warranty Return Process (if damaged)

Used items are not covered by our warranty, unless the item is damaged or broken due to a result of a defect in the manufacturing process.
Replacement service is in place for any defected issues that may occur within 30 days of the purchase, this includes issues related to the aesthetics of the product but excludes any return requests based on the purpose for which it is intended, or heavily worn/used products which have not been deemed to have been maintained.
Return of defected items once in use and not relating to delivery damage is at the full discretion of Ashanti Frequency Healing.
Returns on damaged items due to general wear and tear will not be accepted. Please take special note of the care of the item within the products instructions. Please be aware that as with any product used outside general care and maintenance is required on the product to retain warranty rights.

Return process for damaged/missing goods in transit
Where goods are dispatched by courier, notification of damage to any packaging or contents within must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Pictures showing damage to packaging will be requested to enable a claim with the courier. Once the claim has been completed and the damaged items returned to Ashanti Frequency Healing a full refund or exchange will be arranged.
In the event of non-delivery of goods, notification must be made to Ashanti Frequency Healing within 48 hours.
